📦 Return & Store Credit Policy – Mollie Mae Boutique

We want you to love every piece you order from Mollie Mae Boutique 💖
If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to offer store credit on eligible returns.

✅ Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Tags attached

  • Free of stains, odors, smoke smell, perfume, pet hair, deodorant marks, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

💳 Refund Method

Approved returns will receive store credit only.
We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Store credit will be emailed once your return has been processed and may be used anytime 💌

🚫 Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Graphic tees & custom apparel

  • Fresh Drops / direct ship items

  • Bralettes & camis

  • Jewelry

  • Handbags

  • Shoes

  • Seasonal or limited-release items

👕 Graphic Tee Policy

All graphic tees and custom apparel are made-to-order and pressed in-house. Because of this, these items are considered final sale unless there is a defect or order error.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

📦 Fresh Drops / Direct Ship Items

Some boutique items ship directly from our trusted vendor partners and may have extended processing times of approximately 7–10 business days.

These items are considered final sale due to vendor policies and are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or incorrect.
